We are seeking a passionate and professional Skincare Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled therapist who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and representing a brand committed to transformative wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium skincare and holistic treatments in line with ilapothecary protocols.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to clients to support their skincare and wellness journey.
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations to tailor treatments and homecare plans.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism in the treatment rooms and retail space.
- Assist in achieving individual and team retail and treatment targets.
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients.
- Support in-store events, promotions, and workshops as required.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is essential.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a skincare or holistic therapy role within a luxury spa, clinic, or wellness brand.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, holistic wellness, and natural therapies.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Sales and retail experience with the ability to confidently recommend products and treatments.
- A polished, professional appearance and a calm, caring demeanor.
- Passion for wellbeing, skincare, and holistic health.
