We are looking to hire Bar and Waiting Staff (must be 16+) to join our busy team at the Golf View Hotel. Ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
- Handle payments and operate the cash register
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
We are looking for someone to cover day shifts (with a few nights Where possible) and part time evening and weekend staff.
