We’re seeking a proactive Lead Generator with a strong track record in sales and promotion to help increase the number of leads and conversions of people commissioning The Peer Partnership for consultancy and training activity across the UK.
Your role
This is an exciting time to join us as you will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing growth and sustainability of The Peer Partnership. The Peer Partnership provides training, consultancy, and service development to support people living with long-term physical and mental health conditions and protected characteristics to receive guidance and support from facilitators with lived experience. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase demand for our services.

You are ambitious and creative with success growing and developing income streams. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships to secure business with influential people and decision-makers. You strive to deliver a great customer experience and will monitor your own efforts to adjust strategies as required to continuously analyse and improve what works and what doesn’t.
You will be a strong advocate for the adoption and spread of peer support across the UK to benefit our clients and their beneficiaries. You are committed to working within Brigstowe’s service delivery ethos of respect, empowerment and inclusion.

The Peer Partnership is a brand developed to take forward the work of Brigstowe, which has been providing a range of HIV support services for 30 years.
The Peer Partnership works with people living with long-term health conditions and organisations to create effective, safe, and user-led peer support services across Bristol and beyond. We offer consultancy and training to share best practice with others around designing, managing or implementing peer support, and provide all the necessary resources and skills to build successful projects and advocate the widespread acceptance and use of peer support as an essential tool in supporting the resilience of people living with difficult circumstances.

Salary: £30,559 – £32,654 Full-time equivalent (point 18 to 22 on the NJC Pay Scale)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, which can be spread flexibly across three or more days
Contract: Permanent
