Overview
We are seeking a passionate and reliable swimming instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in swimming, with the ability to educate individuals of all ages and skill levels. You will play a key role in promoting water safety and teaching swimming techniques. Making the sessions fun is key to learning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assess the skill levels of students and tailor lessons to meet their specific needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching swimming is highly desirable.
- knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students of all ages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Must possess patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
