Responsibilities
- Processing customer sales invoices
- Taxing and registering customer cars
- Booking service customer appointments
- Creating online posts
- Answering telephone calls across all departments
Experience
- Office administrative background prefered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication via phone and email essential
