What are we looking for?
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing, Europe, to lead our regional field marketing strategy across Europe. This leader will manage a team of Regional Marketing Managers across Europe and will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, support revenue growth, and strengthen partnerships with Sales, Channel, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
Reporting to the VP of Global Growth Marketing, this role owns the regional go-to-market execution for new business, expansion, and partner-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and has a proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline in enterprise B2B technology or cybersecurity organizations.
How will you make an impact?
You’ll shape how Checkmarx grows across Europe, turning global strategy into regional action and measurable business impact. Your main responsibilities will include:
Regional Go-to-Market Strategy

Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans aligned to corporate priorities and revenue targets.

Translate product launches, corporate campaigns, and strategic initiatives into localized field execution.

Build territory-specific marketing plans that support enterprise and commercial sales teams.

Align marketing investments to account priorities, buying centers, and regional market opportunities.
Pipeline Generation

Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline through field events, executive programs, digital campaigns, webinars, workshops, and customer marketing.

Optimize program performance based on pipeline contribution, conversion, velocity, and ROI.

Partner closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurement.
Sales Partnership

Serve as the primary marketing partner for Regional Vice President of Sales.

Participate in regional business reviews, forecast discussions, and account planning sessions.

Identify pipeline gaps and develop targeted marketing programs to accelerate demand.

Support strategic opportunities with executive engagement, customer references, and deal acceleration programs.
Partner Marketing

Develop regional partner marketing plans with strategic alliances and channel partners.

Execute MDF-funded campaigns, joint events, and co-marketing initiatives.

Measure partner pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
Events & Executive Programs

Lead planning and execution of regional events, industry conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and customer advisory programs.

Ensure exceptional attendee experiences while maximizing pipeline generation and customer engagement.

Partner with Corporate Events on flagship conferences and trade shows.

Requirements:
What is needed to succeed?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing or related roles with 4+ years of management roles
-
5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience.
-
3+ years leading Field Marketing within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology.
-
Demonstrated success partnering with enterprise sales organizations.
-
Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM/ABX).
-
Experience with partner and alliance marketing.
-
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across Sales and Marketing.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Nice to have

Experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Cybersecurity.

Experience marketing to CISOs, Security Leaders, and Software Development organizations.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, CaliberMind, 6sense, Common Room, or similar GTM technologies.
