Hours: Full-time (Must be able to drive or commute to a remote location)
Accommodation: live-in accommodation available for 2 months

About the Role:
We are searching for an experienced Indian Chef with a passion for food and the ability to bring creativity to our kitchen. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential, as we aim to improve our cultured offering. You'll play a key role in shaping our kitchen and menu as we look to expand.
Please note that weekend work will be mandatory, as it is a key time for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the offerings at The Okeover Arms, ensuring creativity and quality in every dish.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support the growth and development of kitchen staff through training and mentoring.
- Ensure the kitchen operates with the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and time management.
- Stay informed about the latest food trends to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Bring a strong knowledge of different cuisine to expand our menu offerings.
