Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of holiday rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort and convenience
- Conduct detailed inspections of each property to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues before guest check-in
- Follow established cleaning protocols aligned with health and safety standards to maintain consistent quality across all properties
- Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated windows, maximizing productivity and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, supplies used, and any issues encountered during service
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles with a focus on short-term rental properties
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with property owners and guests when needed
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed contractor while managing multiple properties efficiently
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
- Reliable transportation to access various rental locations across different neighborhoods or regions
- Smartphone to access Task scheduling platform to accept/decline work
- Smartphone to complete cleaning forms that are essential for work completion
