Premier Coating & Converters is a provider of self-adhesive label stock materials, with decades of manufacturing experience. PCC are seeking a new Production Operative to join us at our manufacturing facility.
Hours: 7:30am - 4pm (Monday to Thursday) 7:30am - 1pm (Friday)

What your responsibilities will be
- To operate and monitor machinery and materials, ensuring fantastic performance and quality
- Perform routine maintenance, preventing downtime
- Handle materials safely and effectively
- Work closely with your team in a collaborative way
- Maintain a clean and organised environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
What we need from you
- Evidence of experience as a Machine Operator (or similar role) within a manufacturing environment
- Computer Literacy
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest, with the ability to adapt quickly when using machinery
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations during production processes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to producing high-quality materials
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
- Occasional shift work
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Forklift License (preferred)
