We're currently looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join Project EV on a temporary contract for 4-5 weeks. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service and expert technical guidance to help customers get the very best from our market-leading products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers with technical queries.
- Apply product knowledge to quickly identify solutions for customers.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to solve customer queries.
- Log and track all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to engineers when needed.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance the customer journey.
- Report recurring issues and FAQs to the Technical Manager to improve processes.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Drive positive customer feedback across Trustpilot, Google and other platforms.

Additional Information
This position is being offered on a temporary 4-5 week contract to support current business requirements. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent following the contract period, subject to workload and business needs.
