Role Overview
As a Front of House team member, you will deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guests enjoy a friendly, efficient, and memorable experience. You will be confident taking orders, serving food and drinks, and working behind the bar in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all customers
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks behind the bar
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Follow health & safety and licensing regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in waiting and bar work is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confident knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and basic bar service
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
