Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Evening Office Cleaner to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our office staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services and take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness every evening. Working times are 5pm-9pm Monday - Friday.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company protocols
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in restrooms and kitchens
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities
- Ensure all areas are presentable and ready for the next business day
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, procedures, and safety protocols
- Reliable time management skills to complete tasks efficiently during scheduled hours
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
Pay: £14.00 per hour
