The Opportunity
As a Junior Finance Broker, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing into a fully qualified broker.
From day one you’ll work alongside senior brokers, learning every aspect of the finance process—from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll begin managing your own portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships and earning uncapped commission.
For the right person, this role offers genuine long-term career progression into a Senior Finance Broker position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior brokers with live finance applications
- Speaking with clients to understand their funding requirements
- Preparing finance proposals and lender submissions
- Liaising with a wide panel of specialist lenders
- Managing client relationships throughout the funding process
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Learning the fundamentals of underwriting and credit assessment
- Developing expertise across vehicle, business and property finance
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from enquiry to completion
- Building your own client portfolio as your experience develops

Experience in sales, customer service, banking, finance, estate agency or the automotive industry is advantageous but certainly not essential.
Full training will be provided.
