Overview
Time served Fabricator/ Welder & Sheet Metal worker to join team as our Middleton site.Must be able to work from engineering drawings, and be conversant with MIG, Stick & TIG welding. Overtime is available on request/invitation, overtime is paid at time and half, weeknds (Saturday).
Duties
- Fabricate sheet metal products according to specifications and drawings.
- Assemble parts using various welding techniques, including Tig, Mig & stick welding.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in sheet metal and fabrication and Tig & Mig Welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Proficiency in using general sheet metal machinery ie: Guillotine, Folder, power tools, and basic maths for measurements.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to welding and fabrication processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Full clean UK Driving licence preferred.

Weekly Paid Salary To be discussed at interview, estimated £16.00 - £20.00 per hour
