Job Summary
I am seeking a dedicated and nurturing assistant to provide exceptional care for children in a safe and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for childcare, with the ability to educate and entertain children while ensuring their well-being. This role requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and able to communicate effectively in English.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment for the children, including tidying up after activities.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help children navigate their feelings and social interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience childcare is essential.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to educate children through play and structured activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of all ages.
- First Aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required.
