Luxe Stone Ltd is seeking a confident, friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our tile and bathroom showroom team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their project requirements.
- Recommend suitable indoor, outdoor and bathroom tiles.
- Prepare quotations and accurately calculate tile quantities.
- Process orders, payments and customer enquiries.
- Promote complementary products such as adhesive, grout and trims.
- Follow up quotations and help achieve showroom sales targets.
- Maintain attractive, clean and well-organised product displays.
- Check stock availability and coordinate collections and deliveries.
- Provide excellent service before, during and after each sale.
- Handle telephone, email and social-media enquiries professionally.
Skills and Experience
- Previous retail, showroom or sales experience is preferred.
- Tile, bathroom or building-material experience would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Confident with basic measurements and calculations.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable using computers.
- Sales-focused, proactive and able to work independently.
- Availability to work weekends when required.
Product training will be provided to the successful candidate.
