We’re exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing Commercial and Fleet brokerage based in Bristol who are looking to expand their high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business specialising in *fleet insurance* and *car, bike and van insurance*, where all leads are inbound and pre-qualified — meaning you can focus purely on advising and closing.
The Role
- Handle 100% inbound calls from customers seeking quotes for fleet insurance.
- Communicate with clients to fully understand their requirements and recommend suitable cover.
- Analyse existing policies and identify gaps in cover across their fleet insurance portfolios.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible rates and terms.
- Market risks effectively to insurers using Acturis (preferred).
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience selling motor, fleet, bike or van insurance.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience using an insurance operating system (Acturis highly desirable).
- A motivated, hungry mindset with a passion for closing business.
