Security Sales Specialist
Location: Home-based / Hybrid (with occasional travel to Head Office in Newark)

Working Hours: 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Commission

As we continue to expand our Security Services practice, we are looking for a high-energy, driven Security Sales Specialist to join our Go-To-Market Team. If you are an expert in building pipelines, unlocking whitespace opportunities, and closing complex security deals, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As our Security Sales Specialist, you will act as the commercial lead and subject matter expert across our cybersecurity portfolio. Reporting directly to the Solutions and Strategy Director, you will work collaboratively with our Account Managers and strategic vendors to drive growth, secure connectivity solutions, and improve our customers’ overall cybersecurity postures.
Your focus will be on driving high-value solutions, including Managed Security Operations Centre, Security Information and Event Management, and Secure Access Service Edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the cybersecurity sales lead, supporting the wider sales team in identifying whitespace and closing opportunities.
- Lead, own, and deliver complex secure connectivity proposals, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Partner with Sales Leaders and strategic vendors to drive Business Development Representative activity and account planning.
- Upsell and drive Digital Space’s Managed and Value-Added Services into the existing customer base while training and enabling Account Managers.
- Attend and contribute to industry-led events (e.g., National Cyber Security Show, InfoSec) and support product, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Evaluate market opportunities, threats, and risks alongside the CTO and Practice Director to develop long-term growth strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated success in security solution sales, specifically within Managed SOC, SIEM, and/or SASE environments.
- Experience collaborating with leading security vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Sentinel, or similar.
- A solid understanding of major cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Ability to translate complex technical security technologies into clear, value-led business conversations for both technical and business audiences.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to work cross-functionally across Presales, Sales, Product, and Operations.
