Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed during meal preparation and service
- Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory checks and maintaining cleanliness
- Serve meals efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal timing and presentation
- Support the setup and breakdown of the kitchen station before and after shifts
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to uphold quality and safety standards
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Hands-on experience with meal preparation and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with serving guests in a fast-paced setting is a plus
- Kitchen experience involving food safety protocols, sanitation, and equipment handling is desirable
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
