Step into a Stock Controller role where you'll shape warehouse efficiency and drive operational excellence. Work alongside our established Distribution team at our Central Distribution Centre in Cannock, where your analytical skills and attention to detail will optimise stock management across multiple locations.
What you'll be doing

Help the Distribution team manage stock at our 3rd party storage site

Analyse stock movements to ensure products are in optimal pick locations

Replenish pick locations regularly to maintain smooth operations

Assist with producing weekly and monthly stock reports

Review current practices and suggest improvements to boost productivity

Investigating missing stock and ensuring all procedures are followed

Follow all H&S policies and maintain housekeeping standards
What you'll bring
You'll have a good standard of education including maths and English, with a keen eye for detail and analytical approach.
A valid Forklift Truck licence is essential (specifically counter balance and/or reach truck).
Previous experience of cycle counting, stock taking, and warehouse management systems would be advantageous. You'll work well within our established team whilst using your own initiative when needed.
