Lorax EPI are looking to recruit a Client Account Manager to their growing team. Working at the forefront of our Client Delivery Team, you will manage both client delivery and ongoing client relationships, ensuring not only the accurate and timely delivery of reports and submissions but also positioning Lorax EPI as a trusted advisor for the client’s broader compliance strategy. You will proactively shape solutions that meet evolving regulatory and business needs for clients and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable value.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least five years’ experience in a client-facing role (B2B), such as account management, including working with international clients.
Key skills and experience
- You will be proactive, highly customer-focused with commercial awareness, and confident building strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM tools.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management and industry experience are desirable, although full training and support will be provided.
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and value-added support.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals and internal growth targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales or delivery teams to convert them.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations, resolving issues proactively.
- Monitor account performance and deliver regular reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes and client service delivery.
- Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate as and when necessary.

Hybrid Statement
This role requires full-time office attendance during the initial probation period to ensure effective onboarding and collaboration with the team. Upon successful completion of probation, and with the agreement of your manager, the role can transition to a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for up to 3 days of remote work per week, depending on business needs and team requirements.
