Job Description: Community Support Worker - Complex Care
Pay: £15.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting full time, part time and bank Community Support Workers to support children and adults in the community with complex health needs in the Doncaster area.

Requirements:
- Driver (Essential)

- A minimum of six months experience (Essential)
