The role and you
We’re looking for a bubbly, hardworking and all-round brilliant person to join the Kinsbrook team!
This is a varied role, so no two days are quite the same. You’ll be one of the friendly faces of the vineyard, helping customers have a great experience whether they’re popping in for a coffee, browsing the farm shop, picking up some wine or grabbing something delicious from the deli. The job may require working in different parts of the front of house team, whether that's downstairs in the deli/farmshop or upstairs in the restaurant.
You don’t need to be a wine expert, we’re more than happy to train you but we want someone who is genuinely interested in what we do, our vineyard and the growing English wine industry.
Wine experience or existing wine knowledge is a big bonus, as is barista experience, but neither is essential as training will be provided. Primarily we are looking for someone who can full-fill the roles of waiter/waitress, bartender/barista. Equally, as a vineyard, we need applicants to have a moderate knowledge of wine, WSET qualifications will be preferable, but not essential. We have extensive in-house training to progress but we are looking for individuals who first and foremost have the below characteristics :
