We are now searching for a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities as Assistant Manager:
* Confidently manage floor operations in a fast paced, driven, yet warm and friendly environment
*Assist the General Manager with key objectives for the business
* Enhance the guest experience through sharing great product knowledge, recommendations and pairings
*Ensure excellent communication between our back of house and front of house team
*Provide warm, friendly and professional service at all times and motivate the team to achieve consistent excellence.
*Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in adherence to our food safety management system and company policies
*Assist with stock control, ordering and ensuring our cocktails and bar offering is run to the highest standards. Bar experience is desirable, however full training will be provided.
About you:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to join our lovely team
*You have 1 year + experience in a hospitality leadership position
* You are passionate about wowing guests with exceptional service
* You enjoy building relationships with guests and love to ensure every visit is memorable and special,
