Responsibilities

- Cook and assemble meals according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support serving activities by plating meals and helping with distribution to ensure timely delivery to customers or guests
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary practices to assist in meal creation
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
