Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises such as offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities, ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable.
- Carry out domestic cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning in residential settings.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following detailed cleaning checklists and schedules.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during cleaning to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time, completing assigned tasks thoroughly, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with domestic cleaning tasks is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately.
