F&B Assistant – Adventure Parc, DolgarrogJob Description
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our family entertainment centre at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog.
This isn’t your typical café role — we’re looking for someone who can help deliver great food and drinks while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You’ll be comfortable working in the kitchen preparing pizzas and light snacks, as well as serving customers across the bar and floor.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking pizzas and a range of light snacks to a high standard
- Supporting day-to-day food & beverage operations across the venue
- Working across kitchen, bar service and floor service
- Preparing and serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
- Creating a fun, positive atmosphere for families and groups
- Assisting with events and helping deliver a great guest experience
- Supporting setup, clearing and general day-to-day operations
- Assisting with stock handling and keeping service areas well organised
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a food & beverage, kitchen or hospitality role is preferred
- Must be confident working in a kitchen and preparing pizzas and light snacks
- Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence engaging with customers
- Experience in bar work or café service is a plus
- High energy and a positive attitude in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Flexible, reliable and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods
Working Hours
- 16–24 hours per week, depending on business requirements
- Shifts may include daytime, evening and weekend work
- Availability during weekends, school holidays and peak periods is essential
- Hours may vary depending on events, bookings and seasonal demand
