Role Overview
Anwell UK Distribution supports the movement of products from suppliers to commercial customers across regional markets. We are seeking a Distribution Operations Specialist to coordinate orders, inventory, transportation, and supplier activity while helping maintain reliable service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily distribution and order-processing activities.
- Monitor inventory availability and replenishment requirements.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery exceptions.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
- Prepare operational performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve distribution workflows.
- Support periodic inventory and process reviews.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Experience with inventory or order-management systems.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with suppliers or logistics providers is advantageous.
