Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of domestic and commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to health regulations and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and supplies used for accountability purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper handling techniques
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
