Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food preparation and service
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services to foster loyalty
- Assist in training new team members and supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory checks
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
