Maintenance Plumber
Location: York
Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static heritage site in York.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established on-site engineering team, offering long-term stability, a great work-life balance and plenty of overtime.
The Role
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Maintenance of domestic water systems
- TMV maintenance
- Water temperature monitoring and tap flushing
- General building maintenance
- Completing maintenance records and compliance paperwork
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Knowledge of water hygiene and Legionella (desirable)
- Good communication and customer service skills
