Bar Staff – Weekend & Flexible Hours

Due to an increase in business, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced bar staff to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy late-night environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Hours:
- Mainly weekend shifts
- Some weekday shifts may also be available
- Flexible working hours to suit the needs of the business
Pay:
Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol
- Previous experience working in late-night venues is essential
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Main Duties:
- Serving customers and preparing drinks
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and customer areas
- Restocking shelves, fridges, and bar supplies
- Carrying out general cleaning duties when not serving customers
- Following licensing and health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth operation of the venue
