Pay: Basic salary starting from circa £26,000,
On target earnings circa £40,000
Overview
We’re hiring – Direct Sales Agent
Join the UK’s highest rated, multi award-winning warranty provider and become part of a growing team that takes pride in delivering first-class customer experiences! We have a hybrid full time Position available, but you must be able to commute to Dunfermline when needed. Salary is experience based.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to achieve organisational sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience, for both Warranty and Gap products.
- Identify cross sell/ upsell opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to nurture relationships and ensure conversion targets are achieved.
Key skills we are looking for:
- A true team player
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in working in a sales environment and proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
- Sales experience is a must, experience In Motor trade preferred
- Dynamic and results driven
- Passion for building customer and client relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
