Location: Scotland (Dundee + travel across the UK)
Salary Range (dependant on experience): £27,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

Role Type: Contract or 3-months fixed term. Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday) – part time considered
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Underfloor Insulation Installer to support the delivery of retrofit projects across Scotland. This role is focused on carrying out high-quality installations using innovative robotic technology, helping improve energy efficiency in homes.
This is initially a contract or fixed-term role, supporting a major project in Dundee. As further projects across the region develop, there is strong potential for ongoing work across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Site Work
- Carry out underfloor insulation installations using specialist robotic systems
- Assist with site setup, surveys, preparation work and site clean up
- Follow installation procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Health, Safety & Quality
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations on-site
- Follow company processes and industry protocols
- Ensure all work meets required company quality standards
- Report any issues, risks, or defects promptly
Team & Site Support
- Work closely with site leads, surveyors, and other installers
- Support problem-solving on-site and adapt to different working environments
- Assist with handling materials, equipment, and logging of data to our unique SWARM software as required.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Essential:
- Experience in construction, insulation, retrofit, or a similar hands-on role
- Good understanding of site safety and working practices
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience with underfloor insulation
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 or energy efficiency projects
- Experience working in housing or residential environments
Location and Travel:
This position will site-based at various locations across Scotland, with an initial focus on Dundee. Where travel is required, accommodation and expenses will be paid by the company whilst you are away.
Training
You will be able to take part in our own in-house training course and receive on the job training on a regular basis. External training including surveying and energy assessment techniques can be provided if required.
