We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to work on a part time basis from September 2026 - Monday to Friday 8:45am-3:30pm, term time only.
Our Nursery uses the Curiosity Approach principles to create a rich learning environment to enable children to be creative and confident learners. We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with babies and young children and helping them to flourish in a fun, friendly and caring environment.
Essential:
- Full and relevant level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or above
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
- Previous experience of working with children 0-5 years
- Robust knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of an amazing team
We are committed to providing staff with Continuing Professional Development.
You will also have the opportunity to work at our wonderful Holiday Club based at Deben Community Farm in Melton, where children have many opportunities including interacting with animals, woodwork, den building, exploring our private woodland, craft activities, and much more.
You must enjoy working outside and have an understanding of the Playwork Principles.
