Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cladder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing cladding systems on various building projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties
- Read and interpret technical schematics and drawings to accurately install cladding systems.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and specialised equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble cladding materials to specifications.
- Use welding techniques where necessary to secure components.
- Assist with the installation of roofing, masonry, plumbing, or carpentry elements as required.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials into position.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction trades such as roofing, masonry, carpentry or fabrication.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Skilled in welding, use of power tools, hand tools, and fabrication techniques.
- Knowledge of plumbing or masonry is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights if required.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols on construction sites.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness suitable for demanding manual labour tasks.

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
