Your Role
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of The Aviator, including:
- Delivering fantastic customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Recruiting, managing and developing your own team
- Managing cash and stock controls
- Maintaining excellent standards throughout the pub
- Ensuring licensing, health & safety and compliance requirements are met
- Driving events, sport and entertainment
- Building relationships within the local community
- Growing sales and developing the pub’s customer base
