We are a well established property business specialising in the valuation, marketing and sale of residential property throughout the UK on behalf of corporate clients.
Alongside acting for a range of corporate clients, we also operate one of the largest residential property part exchange funds in the UK, purchasing properties directly from homeowners and developers. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our
office based team.
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
- Valuation Managers
- Property Consultants
- Sales Progressors
- Part-Time Office Administrator (One position available)
These are office based positions within a professional and fast paced property environment. Full training will be provided for the right candidates, so previous property experience is not essential for some roles, but advantageous.
We are looking for professionally minded individuals who are organised, confident and motivated to succeed in the property sector.
Typical Responsibilities May Include
- Valuing and preparing reports for residential properties across the UK
- Managing property enquiries from buyers, sellers and corporate clients
- Supporting the marketing and sale of residential property
- Liaising with developers, investors and homeowners
- Managing property listings and sales progression
- Negotiating and assisting with property transactions
- Administrative and operational support within the office
