Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support individual needs and developmental progress
- Manage daily routines including meal times, nap schedules, and hygiene practices with professionalism and compassion
- Lead by example to foster a positive environment that encourages respect, cooperation, and curiosity
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents or concerns
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members to uphold high standards of childcare quality
