We’re looking for a talented and reliable Chef de Partie to join our friendly, well-balanced team working within a busy staff dining operation.
This is a high-volume, help-yourself counter-style environment, so as a CDP you’ll need to be confident managing large amounts of preparation while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and consistency.
As a CDP you’ll have the opportunity to get creative with innovative salads, sandwiches, hot offerings, cold offerings & colourful seasonal dishes and fresh daily offerings, with menus changing weekly to keep things exciting.
- Large-volume food preparation and service

Producing fresh, seasonal and creative dishes

Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards

Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth service

Opportunity to work evening functions and events, with paid overtime
- Previous CDP or strong Chef de Partie-level experience in a contract catering site

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
