Salary & Hours
- £13.25–£15.38 per hour
- Up to £32,000 per year (depending on qualifications, experience and contracted hours)
- Salary Guide:
- Level 2: £27,560–£28,500
- Level 3: £29,120–£30,750
- Level 6: £30,750–£32,000
- 40 hours over 4 days
- Shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm
- Permanent, Full-Time, All Year Round
- This role is not suitable for school-hours or term-time applicants.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Act as a Key Person for allocated children.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety are maintained.
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate Early Years team.
About You
To be considered, you will:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 2 (or above) Early Years qualification.
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Be passionate about supporting children's development.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Be able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
