Duties
- Support residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring safety at all times
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Maintain accurate care plans tailored to individual needs
- Monitor and record health conditions and report any concerns to senior staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is essential
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating care plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others

Pay: £24,420.00-£24,784.48 per year
