Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Backshift Domestic to join our cleaning team working five shifts per week 15.30-19.00, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment during the evening hours. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the home.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including disinfecting all designated areas during the backshift hours.
- Setting up of dining rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, offices, and other communal spaces according to company standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to guarantee consistent quality across all assigned areas.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations, including infection control standards.
Experience
- Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
