As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for an experienced Barista & Bartender to join us from the very beginning. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a brand, influence the guest experience and grow alongside an ambitious new business.
The Role
As a Barista & Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and helping create an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving exceptional coffee to a consistently high standard.
- Crafting cocktails, serving premium wines, beers and spirits with confidence and attention to detail.
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable and attentive customer service.
- Creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued.
- Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
- Operating the till and handling customer transactions accurately.
- Restocking and preparing service areas throughout the day.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless service.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Barista, Bartender or within a quality hospitality environment.
- Has a genuine passion for coffee, wine, cocktails and exceptional customer service.
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality drinks.
- Is confident, personable and professional.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Is reliable, organised and proactive.
- Is flexible and available to work across all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
