Leadenhall Law Group are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team within our London office.
High levels of customer service and communication skills to work with clients and stakeholders in the conveyancing market.
The ability to work on a case management system throughout. Track record of consistent billing within Residential Conveyancing.
Dynamic approach to be able to work individually and within a collective team environment.
Strong experience in conveyancing, specifically with leasehold and freehold residential transactions.
Proven ability to manage and complete complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong understanding of UK residential property law, including experience dealing with the Building Safety Act 2022.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with the capability to handle transactions autonomously while working collaboratively with support staff.
1–3 years PQE required.
