What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above childcare qualification
- Experience as Deputy Manager or strong leadership experience as a Room Leader
- In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- A people-focused leader who can motivate, guide and support a brilliant team
- Someone enthusiastic, organised and ready to help shape our nursery’s success
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Lead and support staff in implementing early childhood education programs and activities.
- Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote a cohesive team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policies.
