A very exciting family-run concept that has finally taken the leap and got the keys to their very first restaurant. We're looking for a Junior Sous to join the team and support the fantastic HC we placed for the opening. They're kind, calm, incredibly talented, and a brilliant mentor, making this a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while learning a truly authentic regional cuisine.
The owners are passion is infectious, they're incredibly likeable, and have created a concept that is both authentic and thoughtfully executed.
