Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, visitors, and assets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a strong security presence.
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks.
- Monitor and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Complete detailed incident reports and site documentation.
- Control access and egress in accordance with site procedures.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, emergency services, and members of the public.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
- Previous experience within security, concierge, corporate, hospitality, residential, retail, or similar high-end environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, professional appearance with exceptional personal presentation.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to reliable transport.
- Ability to commute to various locations across London and the surrounding counties.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with premium residential developments, corporate headquarters, luxury retail, hospitality venues, private estates, executive offices, or VIP environments.
- CCTV Licence.
- First Aid Qualification.
- Security industry experience exceeding 2 years.
