What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining recipe specs to ensure consistency and efficiency across the kitchen
- Setting food standards and championing quality, presentation, and portion control
- Supporting the overall team with fun in an open kitchen- so you can enjoy the reaction of our guests upon tasting your dishes given!
What we’re looking for:
- A deep love for Italian cuisine – from regional classics to contemporary twist- experience with making focaccia and pizza
- Strong leadership and training skills – you’re not just a chef, you’re an artisan of flavours
- An eye for detail and a taste for perfection – consistency is your second nature
- Energy, creativity, and a sprinkle of culinary flair
