With multiple locations across the network, our Warrington depot continues to grow as an important hub for supporting customers throughout the region.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team at our Warrington depot. We’re looking for someone who is organised, outgoing, and enjoys meeting and helping people, someone who can be the welcoming first point of contact for our busy Service Department.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in connecting our customers with the workshop team, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from initial booking through to final handover.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Handle inbound and outbound service/repair bookings
- Carry out vehicle walk-around checks when required
- Use our Dealer Management System to create job cards and load the workshop
- Liaise with the Aftersales team to coordinate schedules and manage workload
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair/maintenance process
- Advise customers on warranty coverage and recommend beneficial parts or services
